Cabeolica was invited to participate as a speaker at the Carbon Neutral Now launch event that took place on September 23, 2015, at the United Nations headquarters in New York.

Carbon Neutral Now (www.climateneutralnow.org), is an online platform where any entity (individuals, families or companies) can buy carbon credits produced by clean projects as a way to cancel the emissions managed by the purchasing entity.

The initiative is from the United Nations body that deals with climate change issues and the event was chaired by the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, Christiana Figueres.

Other speakers at the event included the Chairman of the Executive Board of CDM, representatives from Microsoft and Marks & Spencer.
