Ayotunde Anjorin

Ayoutunde Anjorin is the Senior Director adn CFO of the AFC, having previously held the role of Senior Vice President and responsible for the areas of Finance and operations. Prior to AFC, he worked at Standard Chartered Nigeria, where he held roles at national and regional level. He has a degree in accounting and is a certified accountant/auditor with more than 20 years of experience in the financial area after certification, covering financial information reporting, internal control, risk management, banking operations and process reengineering.

Eluma Obibuaku

Eluma Obibuaku has over 20 years of experience in advisory and investment in the public and private sectors. He is currently Senior Vice President of the AFC for electricity and is a member of the Board of Directors of several private companies. He has worked at the United States General Accounting Office, Pacific Gas and Electric Co, at the IFC and, more recently, as a pioneering developer of an energy project to establish an IPP, Eluma holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kome Ajegbo

Kome Ajegbo, as a seasoned infrastructure investment professional with 15+ years of experience, has spent over a decade at the Africa Finance Corporation. Her expertise spans project development, principal investing, and leverage finance across multiple sectors, including power, heavy industries, telecoms, transport, climate finance, mining, and oil and gas. Prior to AFC, Kome worked at Kaizen Venture Partners in Lagos and Goldman Sachs in New York and London. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Civil Engineering degree from Stanford University.

Rito Évora

Rito Évora has been the National Director of Industry, Commerce and Energy of Cape Verde since August 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, having already served as director of the energy service and executive director of the Agency of Economic Regulation. Rito Évora has been working on the design, development and implementation of regulatory models and structural policies for the energy sector in Cape Verde. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering and a master's degree in energy.

Ebbe Hamilton holds an MBA from Rutgers University in the United States and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale in Switzerland.

Semih Gökmen is a Partner at A.P. Moller Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking in Europe and the Middle East and Africa with a specific focus on energy infrastructure including renewable energy. Semih holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University in Turkey.

Luis Teixeira has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Electra, SA since July 2021. He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Porto in Portugal and a PhD in renewable energy engineering from the University of Huazhong in China. His experience includes several positions held in the Cape Verdean Public Administration in the energy and education sectors.
